We specialize in valuations — of companies, brands and technologies. Every project is rooted in current research and nearly two decades of advisory practice.
We determine the value of a company or its organized part for the purposes of internal control, capital transactions, mergers, and shareholder entry or exit. We apply a combination of approaches — selected to fit the purpose of the valuation. Our valuations are conducted in accordance with the standards recommended by the Polish Association of Business Valuators (SBWPwP).
We value brands, trademarks and technologies — for the purposes of transactions, financial reporting and growth strategy. We combine income, market and cost approaches with analysis of the actual significance of the brand and technology.

Member of the Investment Committee in the Science4Business project at the NASK — National Research Institute (Research and Academic Computer Network). Expert at the Connect and Innova Invest startup platforms (LPNT) and the Eastern Business Accelerator (PPNT). Member of the research team for the project "Warren — a generative model predicting individual investors' risk tolerance" (2025–2028, NCBR). Member of Mensa Poland since 1997.
